is it worthwhile using additives like iodine, iron, strontium etc or is it better to just watch your other levels and keep up with water changes

- Is it worthwhile using additives like iodine and strontium etc or is it better to just watch your other levels and keep up with water changes?
- What way do you think is best to acclimatise Sps?
- I currently use twin 250 Halides with 4 x T5's (halides- BlV 14k & T5's - 4 x D&D blue) Is there a better combination of bulbs I could use regarding colour and growth?
- I currently use a Deltec AP850 skimmer which I run externally beside my sump, Is there a way to make its overall noise quieter? and is running it from the overflow the best or should i use a pump?
- Im looking to set up a 3x1x1.5 Sps frag tank, What do you recommend regarding equipment, flow etc?
